Computer Animation Colleges
Computer animation has revolutionized the production of many different animated products, and has inspired the creation of some new applications as well. Computer gaming is the product of the ability to create interactive animated models on computers, and computer aided design packages have completely changed the way in which some products are designed and presented – with animation as well as static modeling.
However, creating animated images and setting them in scenes is a very complex task, and learning to use the packages that allow this to happen takes time and patience. Computer Animation School presents courses that will help to channel and enhance the artistic process of creating the applications, and will also enable designers and artists to learn to use the packages that allow this process to happen.
Learning to use a computer animation package involves being able to create objects – people, animals, etc – including shapes, surfaces and the motion associated with the object – and the backgrounds that these objects are set in. Lighting, motion and storyboarding are all processes that have to be learned and used.
Many people attend computer animation school with specific packages, tools or processes in mind, but it is possible to take longer courses – at certificate or degree level – to prepare for a career in computer animation. As applications in computer animation expand, so career opportunities increase, and a good education in the principles involved is a great way of finding a start in computer animation.
