What Are Architecture Schools?

Architecture schools provide the necessary training and education to properly develop plans. Many plans include drawings of the structural system of the project. Plans may also include building materials and interior furnishings. Architecture schools typically offer a five-year bachelor's degree program or a master's degree program that can take from one to five years depending on your background.

What Can You Learn From Architecture Schools?

You can learn communication skills, designing, engineering, managing, and supervising at architecture schools. When designing plans, you must be familiar with building codes, fire regulations, and zoning laws. Completing the necessary training at architecture school enables you to become familiar with these general requirements.
